We at AuMūn Jewelry are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.

3. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the personalized nature of each piece, as every item is made to order.

4. Please note that custom or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@aumunjewelryco.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return in your communication.

7. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

8. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), minus the restocking fee.

9. Please allow up to 10 business days after you ship your item,  for your refund to be processed.
